Everstead Advisory LLC (“Everstead,” “we,” “us”) operates everstead.ai. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
We do not accept project documents, underwriting workbooks, deal files or other project materials through this website, by web form or by email at this stage. Please do not send them. If we receive project materials, we will not review or use them and will take appropriate steps to delete them.
WHAT WE COLLECT
→ Waitlist: Your email address if you join the Everstead waitlist.
→ Site analytics: We use a product analytics service to understand how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type.
→ Server logs: Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, including IP address and timestamp.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share information only with the service providers that make this site work, including our website host, scheduling provider, email provider and analytics provider. We may also disclose information if required by law.
This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for the analytics described above. Where required, we ask for your consent to analytics and session recording before it begins. You can decline without losing access to any part of the site. You can also use the opt out method published by our analytics provider.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe. We keep contact and scheduling information for up to twenty four months after our last exchange with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep Interest List information until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained under the settings configured for our analytics provider.
YOUR CHOICES
You may unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email. To ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete it, write to hello@everstead.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Write to the same address and we will respond to your request.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is one reason we are not accepting project materials through this site.
CHILDREN
This site is for professional use and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
CHANGES
We will post changes to this policy here with a new effective date.
